We ordered 2 cones and 1 breadsticks . I repeated the order several times but we got 1 cone and 1 order of breadsticks. To be completely fair we only paid for what we actually got but it was disappointing
Past three times I went here with my grandmother and ordered the chicken tender baskets, they never put the gravy in the box. The third time we even requested gravy and they still forgot. Unfriendly staff and slow service. Food messily put together. Teach your kids how to work properly or fire them.
To be fair, we came at lunchtime to order some ice cream in the drive thru, but It took over ten minutes to get our ice cream. My wife thought her pineapple topping on her sundae tasted weird, but my shake was ok.
They are horribly slow. I went inside and they were not busy and it took about 10 minutes for someone to even take my order and its not like they didn't see me because everyone that was working in there looked at me more than once. I was finally able to place my order and all I ordered was 4 small blizzards. It took 20 minutes or more to get those blizzards. It's mainly all teenagers that work in there. It definitely needs better management and an adult manager with better manager skills to work with these kids. I will not be going back to this DQ ever.
Love this little Dairy Queen in Sheridan. It's an older store, but the quality of the food is fantastic, and the service is even better. Very friendly staff. The young man who helped us at the drive thru mid-afternoon on 7/2/2017 was incredibly pleasant and friendly. I wish I knew his name so I could thank him here, but I don't.
