I wouldn't do business with these people! Been trying to get a hold of this place for a week now. No one ever answers the phone except for the voice mail. I left a message still waiting for a reply. Makes me wonder if they are truly a business. I THINK I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
We've purchased landscaping from HHG three times now. The first two times were in the home we just sold: Two large maples, some shrubbery and a river birch. The river birch didn't make it through the horrible winter weather, but was replaced, even after a miscommunication and my own rude behavior. We've just had installed two large maples (25ft+ each) and 10 white spruce trees in our new home. The owner has been wonderful to work with and their entire install crew worked like mad men to ensure a smooth process and beautiful outcome. I'd recommend Hoosier Home and Garden (and do) to anyone.
We have spent over $3000.00 with Hoosier Home and Garden in 2014 and 2015 and we have 2 trees that look like they are not going to survive . We have made numerous calls to the office, we have several emails trying to reach out, just to get some assistants on how we should handle this matter and all we have received is excuses from Ashley telling us her boss will call us, her boss is unloading a truck, her boss has to take his son to the doctor, her boss is not in, her boss will call us. Well this has been going on for 3 weeks and NO ONE HAS CALLED US TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUES-THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS...................Let's collectively file a lawsuit
They delivered and planted 5 arborvitae trees for me. 3 of the 5 were already brown and noticeably stressed. I contacted the company and tried to get them to come out to look at them with me but they never would. I visited their store several times trying to resolve the problem, even offering to pay them to remove them, but they just gave me lip service. Finally turned it over to my credit card company and received a full refund through the CC company.
I sent pictures and cared for those trees well. At the time, I don't think that there were negative reviews on-line for them. Now here is just one more. After uncovering the excess mulch, I could see that the trees were too root bound and had been damaged from rough handling.
Do not do business with them - Isaiah Jones or his assistant Audrey McCalley .
I would not recommend purchasing tress through this company
I bought 5 trees at $500 a piece installed. They tamped them in too hard and covered too deep in mulch. Several trees are partly dead. I've tried and tried to get a response for replacement according to the warranty.
