3. I take my truck into the shop after hitting an hellacious bump in the road due to the towns negligence to put out signs during construction. The jarring creates an unbelievable clunk every time I turn or hit minor pot holes. I tell the shop what happened and to FIND OUT WHAT BROKE.

My husband & I have been going here over 20 years. 9 -10 differ cars and trucks. They give you both Excellent & Professional Brand(Chevrolet, Chrysler, Ford and Foreign) service! Warranties, free tire rotations, they seem to do it all! We highly recommend all their locations too!

Two days later I receive a voice message at 4:52 (close at 5) that, "OK on your truck um we got her figured out finally um the clunk noise is actually coming from torsion bar. Um it's kind of hard to find as it's actually buried up inside crossmember. Um I went ahead and ordered part probably looking somewhere in the room about 200 to 225 to get that in there um and a brake line blew - we've already repaired that and then of course we got the shocks - so we get that in and um your truck will be ready to go"

I LOVE supporting small town business but this is getting beyond rediculous and have zero faith in my vehicles actually being repaired correctly. Time to take my families business elsewhere I guess....

Two days later I get a call that "its fixed" and that my shocks were toast so they replaced them at $175.00. I asked if that was it and then am informed that, "one of the bed body mounts is broken" but gave no indication they were planning on fixing this issue. I asked what it would cost and was told they would have to "find a part" and let me know. I advise them I would like to know what it costs and to get back to me.

I'm called at the end of the day and told my truck is done and the price is ~ $350+. Pick my truck up, pay and am given a key with no fob. I ask if the fob is in the truck and advised, "yes - we left it in the truck". (No idea why you would do this but...) Go out to my truck and the door is OPEN and my key w/ fob is in the ignition (truck unsecured for who knows how long). Go back inside to return key and wait and wait as no one comes to the counter.

1. Took my truck in for a fuel pump replacement. Once paid for I took it over to the gas station and filled it up and it was pouring gas all over the place. Took it back immediately and it appears someone forgot to finish their job and tighten the fastener.

When asked if my body mount was actually broke too - I'm told it was never broke but they "tightened them up". At this point I've given up...

2. Take my wife's car in months later for a check engine light. They call and advise they replaced a couple parts and it was done. Never calling to advise what was wrong or what the cost would be. Drive the car home and the next day the lights back on.

So I GIVE them authorization to put this torsion bar part on which is actually the first thing I've actually given them permission to fix at this time. I'm told the total price should be about $300. So I lay it out there about how unhappy I am about this entire transaction thus far and am told in return, "He's not happy either but he bets the other guy who left him this mess and is on vacation is fine". Really? More concerned with YOUR problems then the customers?

I'm unable to get in touch with them as they are now closed. When I get in Monday morning to find out what's going on with the truck I'm greeted by very unorganized individuals who didn't even know what was going on with my truck because someone went on vacation. Said they still had to order the part and then minutes later tell me the part is actually already there.

I can't figure this place out.

Three times a charm? Well....
